Heather received her Bachelors of Science in Biology at Williams Baptist College, Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Arkansas State University, Masters of Science in Nursing at Arkansas State University, and was credentialed through American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Lisa Loggains • Director of Operations, NEA.
Lisa has over 16 years of nursing experience. She began her nursing career as an LPN in 2008, Associate RN in 2012, BSN in 2017 and MSN in 2023. She is credentialed through the AANP.
She is a Certified wound care specialist as well as an excisional debridement specialist.
Aside from being a wound care practitioner, she also has experience in long term care, hematology-oncology, emergency department, medical/surgical, and specialty infusion.

Meagan Self • Central AR
She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at the University of Central Arkansas & her Masters of Science in Nursing at Harding University. She was credentialed through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
She started in nursing in 2013 and has experience in various specialties, including labor & delivery, surgery, ICU, ER, wound care, & med-surg. Her experience as a Nurse Practitioner includes a background in urgent care, occupational health, aesthetics, & family practice.

Johnny Stevens • NWA
Johnny is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner in the states of Arkansas and Missouri. He is also certified in wound care and surgical debridement. Most of his time as a nurse practitioner, which started in 2014, has been spent in the urgent care setting and he made the transition to wound care in 2023. He started healthcare in 1998 as a Registered Nurse.

Kimberly LaFlora
Kim is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a nursing tenure spanning nearly 3 decades, predominantly in high-acuity settings such as the ER and ICU. She transitioned to her Nurse Practitioner role in 2020. Her academic journey includes obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, College of Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing from Henderson State University. Since transitioning to her NP role, Kim has worked in Primary,Care, Urgent Care and Wound Care. She is passionate about helping patients feel their best! When she is not working, you will find her spending time with her family and traveling.

Stefanie is a board certified family nurse practitioner with over 6 years of practitioner experience and almost 20 years of nursing experience.
She started as an LPN in 2005, became an RN in 2007, and has continued her education through her Masters Degree, which she obtained with Walden University in 2018.

She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at Arkansas State University & her Masters of Science in Nursing at Walden University. She was credentialed through the American Association of Critical Care Nurses.

Michelle Adams • Central AR
She is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Certified Wound Care Practitioner and Excisional Debridement Specialist. She began her nursing career as an LPN in 2009 and became a registered nurse in 2014. She graduated from Chamberlain University with her Masters of Science in Nursing in 2023. She has worked in several areas of nursing including Trauma, ER, ICU, Travel Nursing, Home Health and Wound Care.

She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2013 and her Master of Science in Nursing in 2019 from Arkansas State University. She received her credentialing in Adult Gerontology Clinical Nurse Specialist through ANCC.

She started nursing in 2013 and has experience in intensive care, home health, med-surg, education, wound care, COVID travel nursing, and telemetry.

Sarah Collins • Central AR
She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences & her Masters of Science in Nursing from Walden University. She is credentialed through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
She began her career in nursing in 2003 and has experience in ICU, CVICU, travel nursing, home health, hospice, and leadership/management. Her experience as a Nurse Practitioner began in 2015 and includes working in family practice, cardiology, long term care and wound care.

She received her nursing degree from Baptist Health College of Nursing in 2017, and has 6 years of critical care experience.
She then went on to get her Masters Degree from Chamberlain University where she completed the Family Nurse practitioner program, and became board certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing at University of Arkansas at Little Rock & her Masters of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain University.

He received his Associate of Applied Science in Practical Nursing at Arkansas Tech in Ozark, AR. He has experience as an LPN in long term care, primary care, corrections, and home health. In his free time he enjoys fishing, kayaking, jeeping, personal fitness, anything outdoors, and hanging out with his family.

She received a Bachelors of Science in Biology in 2015 and Nursing in 2017 from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. She went on to complete her Masters of Science in Nursing at the University of Louisiana Monroe. She was credentialed through the American Association of Critical Care Nurses.

Lindsay Wolf • Central AR
She is a Board-Certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, Certified Wound Care Specialist, Excisional Debridement Specialist, and Wound Care Certified by the American Board of Wound Management. She began her nursing career in 2000 as a CNA at Methodist Hospital in Dallas. During this time she completed her Bachelor of Science at Texas Woman's University and became a Registered Nurse in 2001. She worked in multiple settings including the ED, CCU, Neuro ICU, and SICU.

Kayla Ingram-Smith • Central
Kayla is a native of Camden, Arkansas. She earned her Associate Degree in Nursing at Southern Arkansas University in 2004. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Southern Arkansas University in 2009. She worked as a Registered Nurse for 12 years in emergency medicine before furthering her education by becoming a Nurse Practitioner. In 2016, she graduated from Walden University where she received her Master of Science in Nursing specializing in Adult Gerontology Acute Care NP.
